End all forms of racism, racial injustice, and barriers that perpetuate inequity for Black people, specifically within law enforcement, justice, healthcare, housing, education, research, and media.

Work actively with Indigenous organizations and other allies to promote equity.

Promote and amplify the impact of Black individuals, businesses and organizations established in northern Canada.

Advocate for inclusive spaces and opportunities for Black voices and perspectives at all levels of decision making in both public and private sectors.

Demand accountability and transparency from individuals in positions of power and leadership in both government and corporate entities.

Empower black individuals to access and fully participate in community.
